Ms. Asha Zechariah is the CEO of Mary Memorial Schools and Trustee of the Indian Society for Social Action. With a background in the human rights sector, she combines leadership, social justice values and a deep commitment to inclusive, accessible education. Along with her responsibilities as CEO, she is also the acting principal of Mary Memorial School, Daund.
Carrying forward the legacy of her father, Late Dr. John Zechariah, she believes in collaborative leadership and collective learning, often working closely with teams to turn ideas into meaningful action.
Asha continues to contribute as an honorary board member to several civil society organisations. Based in Kerala, she balances her professional commitments with motherhood and a life rooted in purpose, optimism and community.

Mr. Ravi Jagle serves as the Director of the Finance Department at Mary Memorial Schools, overseeing all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and statutory compliance. With over two decades of dedicated service, he has been an integral part of the school’s growth and stability. Known for his quiet demeanour and strong sense of diligence, Mr. Jagle combines precision with commitment in every task he undertakes. He resides in Daund with his family.

As Director of Human Resources, Mr. Samson Rathod leads all staff-related functions at Mary Memorial Schools, from policy development and performance appraisals to employee welfare and government compliance. Having grown within the institution through years of service, he brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of people management. Based in Pune with his family, Mr. Rathod commutes daily to Daund, demonstrating his remarkable dedication to the school community.

Ps. Wilson Jagale is the Director of Mary Retreat Centre, where he leads with youthful energy and a clear vision for growth. Having been involved since its inception, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the centre into a vibrant spiritual hub that has welcomed hundreds of Christian groups over the years. Deeply committed to ministry and community life, Ps. Wilson  also serves as Chaplain across the Mary Memorial Schools. He resides on the Daund campus with his wife and son.

Ms. Regina Kakade serves as the Principal of Mary Memorial International School, where she leads with vision, enthusiasm and a deep commitment to holistic education. Beginning her career as a preprimary teacher, she has progressed through various roles with unwavering dedication and passion for learning. Her strong communication and administrative skills enable her to effectively mentor and support her team of teachers, fostering a collaborative and positive school culture.
A young leader with a promising future, Ms. Kakade is known for her diplomatic approach, clarity in articulation and readiness to go the extra mile for her students and staff. With her dynamic leadership, she aspires to take the CBSE unit of Mary Memorial Schools to greater heights.

Ms. Afreen serves as the Principal of Mary Memorial Schools, Patas, where she upholds high standards of academic excellence and discipline. Known for her dynamic leadership and firm sense of responsibility, she leads with focus and integrity. With over 15 years of experience in teaching, she is recognized for her diligence, reliability and dedication to student growth.
As part of the Mary Memorial family since 2009, Ms. Afreen is respected by her colleagues for her ability to handle challenges calmly and effectively, always stepping in with her team to ensure progress and results. Ms. Rachel lives in Daund with her family.

Ms. Musurat serves as the Vice Principal of Mary Memorial Schools, Daund. Having been a dedicated member of the Mary Memorial family since 2006, she brings years of experience, commitment and deep understanding of the school community.
Rooted in Daund and passionate about education, Ms Musurat, is known for her warmth, sincerity and unwavering commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
In addition to her administrative role, Ms Musurat teaches English & History, sharing her passion for language and learning. She oversees the smooth functioning of the school and ensures that all academic and statutory compliances are met with excellence and precision.

Ms. Vaishali serves as the Vice Principal of Mary Memorial Schools, Daund. She is an experienced educator, with over 23 years in the field of primary education, 14 of those years as Principal. She is passionate about student-centred, values based education and activity based learning. Over the years, she served in educational institutions across Uttarkashi, Chhattisgarh, Panchgani, Pune, Solapur and Latur. She has also served as a lecturer in a D.Ed College.
In addition to her administrative role, Ms Sable teaches Science and Maths. She oversees the smooth functioning of the school and ensures that all academic and statutory compliances are met with excellence and precision.

Mr. Solomon Jagle is a valued member of the senior management executive team and leads the Industrial Training Institutes at Daund and Kashti. With over 25 years of dedicated service to the organisation, he brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise to his leadership role. An engineer by qualification, Mr. Solomon is presently spearheading the revival and advancement of the institution’s technical education unit, guiding it towards renewed excellence and innovation. Alongside his administrative responsibilities, he is involved in teaching and mentoring students enrolled in the ITI programs. Known for his passion, dedication and spirit of service, Mr. Solomon continues to inspire both colleagues and learners alike. He resides on the Daund campus with his family.
